ServiceNow announced a major expansion of its security portfolio, consolidating six solution areas into the AI Control Tower to address the exponential growth of AI-driven risk. The "Shift Zero" philosophy aims for zero exposure at all times, moving from fragmented, reactive tools to a unified, governed motion that operates at machine speed. Key available capabilities include Agentic Exposure Management, Application Security, DAST, EASM, AI Agent Access Security, and Non-Human Identity Remediation, with additional AI Specialists like the Tier 2 SOC AI Specialist expected in December 2026. ServiceNow patches three critical CVSS 10.0 vulnerabilities affecting unauthenticated access

The company released fixes for code injection, access control, and SQL injection flaws that could allow unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code or SQL, with patches applied to hosted instances.

ServiceNow addressed four security flaws in its AI Platform, three of which are rated 10.0 (Critical) on the CVSS scoring system and exploitable by unauthenticated attackers. The vulnerabilities include code injection in the GraphQL Composite Data API (CVE-2026-18885), improper access control in the system config image upload processor (CVE-2026-18886), and SQL injection in the dynamic schema ORDER BY clause (CVE-2026-74820). The fourth flaw, a sandbox escape (CVE-2026-6876), is rated 8.7. ServiceNow deployed patches to its hosted instances, while self-hosted customers are responsible for applying the updates. The company noted it is not currently aware of exploitation in the wild for these specific flaws.
